Date For General Elections Is Constitutionally Fixed – Joseph Osei-Owusu1 min read

First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Joseph Osei-Owusu aka Joe Wise says the date for general elections in the country cannot be changed.

Joe Wise noted that the date for general election is constitutionally fixed.

The Asante Bekwai’s legislator’s comments come at the back of December 7, 2024 election which falls on Saturday and it is anticipated to disenfranchise many people especially the Adventists.
