The Ashanti Regional Chairman for Real Estate Developers, Frank Aboagye Danyansa says the government has refused to give attention to the suggestions of Private Estate Developers on the price regime of Affordable Housing.
Speaking on Ama Ghana Morning Show on Time FM, he told host, Kwame Koranteng the housing deficit of Affordable Housing is about 2.7m units which is a plight to the country.
He urged the government to implement the mortgage system of Affordable Housing.
