Francis Adomako, the Ashanti Regional Organizer of the NPP, has announced the establishment of a reconciliation committee within the party aimed at addressing internal issues before the upcoming 2024 general election, with the goal of fostering unity among party members.

Adomako emphasized the importance of resolving any conflicts or grievances within the party ranks to ensure a cohesive front heading into the election. He noted that the party recognized the need to address concerns among its members and to unite them behind a common goal of victory.

Speaking on the Ama Ghana Morning show on Time FM, Mr Adomako acknowledged the challenges posed by the recent Ejisu By-election, particularly the candidacy of Kwabena Aduomi, a former NPP member who ran as an independent candidate. Aduomi’s popularity in the constituency presented a formidable challenge for the NPP, despite their confidence in winning the election.

Mr Adomako reiterated the party’s commitment to addressing internal issues and rallying support from all members to secure success in the upcoming election, emphasizing the importance of unity and solidarity within the NPP.
